Challenge

Hi all, here I am doing challenge for http://craftingmusketeers.blogspot.co.uk/ and there theme is Grunge. I decided to do men card and this is what I did.

First I did is do my background so I use pearl white acrylic paint all over the card then distress ink of salty ocean then I got stencil which I cant remember what is it called and use faded jean distress ink over the stencil and stick it on sliver card. I distress the ribbon and stick it on the middle of the card.  I got shape which I cut out from cameo machine and stick it on sliver card then I stamp a vintage car on card and cut out and stick on the shape and finally I stamp saying happy birthday.

Box Challenge

Happy New Year everyone. Here I am doing challenge for Color Conception Challenge and theme is make Boxes or Bag or Baskets.
I choose Boxes because I had new score board to make boxes, so first of all I got white card of 8x8 square then I score it with my new score board called gift boxes as photo show below

 
            Then you fold it up when the score is and it should look like this...

Next is I got sliver card and cut square for the top of the box and at the side of the box then do same for white card but abit smaller size then sliver card. I got my clear stamp of wedding ring from hobbycraft and stamp it on sliver ink pad and then I put clear embossing powder and heat it up. I have sakura gelly roll of clear star to colour my wedding ring to make it look like glitter. Now for the edge is use die cut called delicate chain from my local craft shop on sliver card.  The top of the box I make Lilly flowers using tonic studio punch which is look like this....

Then I should have 6 petals and use 1 petal for the leaf. Colour it in which I use distress marker pens and then i score them and curl them then stick together. Using tattered lace die cut called sentiment block which I use Anniversary word to put on the box and there you have it. Hope you like it ?
